The French are known for their low maintenance beauty routines and regimes and hair is one of those things that can transform a look. Luckily, French women are kind of known for being the queens of low maintenance, natural, and effortless hair.

While I was in Paris recently I saw loads of effortless chic French girl hairstyles that inspired me to try out French girl chic hair for myself.

My hair has been past my shoulders for at least 10 years and I’ve been feeling like it’s time for a change. Especially after visiting Paris and seeing how real Parisian women are wearing their hair, I left with an idea of where I wanted to go with my “look”.

In one of my recent videos, I mentioned wanting to get french girl bangs for my long hair but was really hesitant. You guys had several great comments and encouraged me to try out French style hair for myself.

I talked to my hairstylist and we created a plan for where I want to take my hair over the next year.
