Today’s video is one of the most vulnerable videos I think I will have ever made but it’s really all about the struggle that most of us women go through to try and fit into the body image standards of society and how that affects our mental health.
I’m offering my personal tips on how to overcome the mental and style challenges when you’ve gained some weight.
