but why listen to me?

I'm a Certified Holistic Health Coach, Writer, and Wellness Expert but that's not why you should listen to me.

My entire life I’ve battled with digestive issues like constipation, bloating, and stomach cramping. I had acne, hormonal imbalances, and yeast infections. I had no idea where my food came from or what I should do to feel better and relieve my symptoms. But everything changed for me in college when I moved to, Chicago, a walking city where I learned how to move my body on a daily basis. I was introduced to healthy cooking by a friend and in no time because of all the new organic foods I was eating and all the walking and cycling I was doing, I realized that I had lost about 20 - 25 pounds. My body basically transformed without even consciously putting any effort into it.

It wasn't just the weight. My skin cleared up, my moods improved and my hormones leveled out. I embraced my art, my love of fashion and writing, and met the guy that would become my husband.

I was so amazed by this transformation that I wanted to make helping people heal their lives my career. So I went back to school and received my certification from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition.

Now, it's my one passion in life to help others find the health, happiness, freedom, and peace that I now have. So I've taken everything I've learned from over 10 years of living a healthy lifestyle with my education in Holistic Nutrition and combined  it into one book for you. There's no need for it to take as long for you as it did for me.

When I started working with Ellen, she was spending $12,000 a year on food and groceries alone. She had also accepted that her chronic stress was normal. Ellen has an incredibly stressful job that requires her to be plugged into her email all the time and it was wrecking her nerves.
